"Sex trafficking in higher ed?”

Sex trafficking at vocational schools appears to be a widespread problem, according to a new report by the Seldin/Haring-Smith Foundation, which works for college access and openness. And state authorizers of postsecondary education, it contends, are ill equipped to confront the issue. The report, said to be the first publicly released research on sex trafficking in higher ed, was cited in a USA Today investigation of the ties between massage schools and prostitution, fraud, or both.
